Modelling & Grid Connection Simulations of 20 MW / 80 MWh Elsterhide Battery Energy Storage System

Grid scale Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) are increasing worldwide providing significant role in improving flexibility of power grids from seconds to hours timescale.

One of such a BESS Project is being constructed by Teos Energy in Germany: 20 MW / 80 MWh Elsterhide BESS.

Like many companies worldwide, Teos Energy preferred quality of Epra Energy in modelling and grid connection analysis of the BESS Project.

Modelling and simulations will be performed with DIgSILENT PowerFactory. We are happy to contribute projects, which improve flexibility and sustainability of power systems worldwide, through advanced modelling and simulation solutions.
