Scope of this study includes; Consultancy to Ukrenergo for ENTSO-E interconnection; Development & verification of plant dynamical models via on site tests at several major power plants in Ukraine (load-frequency control, automatic voltage regulation, and AGC); Adaptation IPS Ukraine network codes to ENTSO-E network codes.
