Impact Assessment of Balancing Integration in the Black Sea Region (Phase 2)

Scope of the Phase 2 of the project is to provide additional technical assistance that will
address the variation of fixed and variable costs and continue data collection efforts of generator-level
commercial data to develop cost-based pricing of ancillary services and balancing services within each
Black Sea partner country.
