Ukraine and Moldova Isolated Mode of Operation

Scope of this study includes; Dynamic modelling of Ukraine & Moldova grid for FCR and FRR analysis; Recommended FCR distribution strategies and ancillary services within the decoupling of the Ukrainian grid; Modelling of typical continuous load-generation imbalance characteristics of the Ukraine power system; Recommended strategies for aFRR allocation and AGC system operation (settings, etc.) for island operation of UA-MD control block; Recommended strategies for special protection schemes and intentional network splitting; Participation in meetings ENTSO-E project group, and support  presentations minutes of meetings.
