Proje kapsam\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilecek \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

a) DISCO ad\u0131na elektrik tedarik etmek \u00fczere CPPA-G ile yap\u0131lan s\u00f6zle\u015fme, bu s\u00f6zle\u015fmeden do\u011fan y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fckler ve haklar ve elektrik\/enerji al\u0131m s\u00f6zle\u015fmeleri;
b) M\u00fc\u015fterilere yap\u0131lan kategori ve toplam enerji sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n say\u0131s\u0131 ve enerji sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131;
c) Performans standartlar\u0131 d\u00fczenlemelerine ve da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m kay\u0131plar\u0131 ve tahsilatlar\u0131 gibi verimlilik g\u00f6stergelerinin ge\u00e7mi\u015fine uyum;
d) Personel say\u0131lar\u0131;
e) Belirlenen \u00e7ok y\u0131ll\u0131 tarifelere (da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m ve tedarik\u00e7i i\u00e7in) ili\u015fkin kararlar, \u00f6zellikle yat\u0131r\u0131m plan\u0131 ve DISCO taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gereken eylem veya raporlama talimatlar\u0131;
f) \u00c7evresel performans ve uyumluluk;
g) DISCO'lar\u0131n varl\u0131klar\u0131 ve faaliyetleri hakk\u0131nda ayr\u0131nt\u0131l\u0131 durum tespiti;
(i) CPPA-G'den enerji al\u0131m\u0131, m\u00fc\u015fterilere enerji sat\u0131\u015f\u0131, personel say\u0131lar\u0131, \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclen sat\u0131\u015f projeksiyonu, \u015febekenin mevcut durumu, gerekli \u015febeke geli\u015ftirmeleri, BT Sistemleri ve gelecekteki gereksinimler vb.;
(ii) \u0130kinci partideki DISCO'lar\u0131n CPPAG ile olan operasyonel anla\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 ve anla\u015fmalar\u0131n ilgili parametreleri;
(iii) DISCO'lar\u0131n teknik, operasyonel ve ticari operasyonlar\u0131, DISCO'lar taraf\u0131ndan sunulan \u00c7ok Y\u0131ll\u0131k Tarife (MYT) tarife dilek\u00e7eleriyle uyumu, endi\u015fe duyulan alanlar ve gerekli tavsiyeler;
(iv) \u00d6zellikle farkl\u0131 fonlu programlar kapsam\u0131ndaki altyap\u0131 ile ilgili devam eden tedarikler ve bunlar\u0131n DISCO'lar\u0131n \u00f6zel sekt\u00f6r kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131yla faaliyetleri \u00fczerindeki etkileri;
(v) Varl\u0131k envanterinin \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmas\u0131 ve bildirilen rakamlarla uzla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131;
