SMART-MLA'n\u0131n amac\u0131, elektrik \u015febekelerinde 0 yenilenebilir enerji hedefinin ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmesi i\u00e7in ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmaz olan talep y\u00f6netimi (DR) ve \u015febeke esnekli\u011fine y\u00f6nelik bulut tabanl\u0131 \u00e7ok katmanl\u0131 optimum birle\u015ftirici (aggregator) \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmleri geli\u015ftirmektir. Geli\u015ftirilecek bu \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmler ile EU \u00fclkelerindeki t\u00fcketicilerin DR mekanizmalar\u0131 \u00fczerindeki fark\u0131ndal\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n\/kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 hedeflenmektedir. SMART-MLA projesinde geli\u015ftirilecek olan en az bir optimizasyon katman\u0131n\u0131n, elektrik piyasa mekanizmas\u0131ndan ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z olarak, herhangi bir EU \u00fclkesine uygulanabilir oldu\u011fu g\u00f6sterilecektir. DR mekanizmalar\u0131 ve \u015febeke esnekli\u011fi; IOT cihazlar\u0131, bulut teknolojisi, b\u00fcy\u00fck-veri ve blok-zincir (blockchain) gibi yeni teknolojilerin uygulanmas\u0131n\u0131 gerektirir. \u015eebeke esnekli\u011fine y\u00f6nelik hizmetlerin ticaretinin, olu\u015fturulan ve blok-zincir teknolojisini kullanan ticaret platformlar\u0131 \u00fczerinden ve arac\u0131 olmaks\u0131z\u0131n yap\u0131lmas\u0131, blok-zincir teknolojisinin yak\u0131n bir gelecekte enerji sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde uygulamas\u0131na bir \u00f6rnek olarak verilebilir. Proje kapsam\u0131nda t\u00fcm bu teknolojiler kullan\u0131larak \u00fc\u00e7 farkl\u0131 katmanda talep y\u00f6netim \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmleri geli\u015ftirilecek ve farkl\u0131 seviyedeki kullan\u0131c\u0131lara bulut teknolojileri \u00fczerinden servis edilecektir. Bu katmanlar: (1) Topluluk birle\u015ftirici - y\u00fck kontrol yok (community aggregator), (2) Y\u00fck kontrol\u00fc i\u00e7eren topluluk birle\u015ftirici, (3) Elektrik piyasa oyuncusu olarak birle\u015ftiriciler (AWEM concept).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
